  1. What's the minimum quantity I have to order?
    • It depends! Some items have a minimum of one, while others have a minimum of a hundred or more! A good rule of thumb is that the more of an item you order, the lower the cost will usually be. 
  2. Can I only put my logo on the products? Can I put something else?
    • Absolutely! While most businesses use our services to decorate items with their logo, we can also put any design you'd like on a product.
  3. Do you print in-house?
    • Promoter Advertising works with a worldwide network of manufacturers, decorators, and suppliers so that you are always getting the exact item you want with the best decoration style and price. If we printed in house, our options would be much more limited!
  4. Can I order a sample? Are samples free?
    • It depends on the product. Most have a small fee or we require you to cover shipping costs, but some samples are free. Please inquire.
  5. Do I need an appointment to stop by?
    • Nope! You can stop by our showroom any time between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Fri. Heads up is appreciated so that we can prepare some ideas for you in advance, but is not required! We'd be happy to see you!
  6. Can I request a mockup?
    • Yes! Your first mockup & first edit is free of charge; there will be additional fees for further edits.
  7. What are the art requirements for my logo or design to be printed?
    • We require your image in vector format (.AI, or .EPS) or as a PNG with at least 300dpi at actual size. Just because an image looks good on your computer/phone does not mean it will translate well to print--we want to make sure your art comes out looking the best it can be!
  8. I made a cool design in ChatGPT. Can you print it on an item for me or edit it?
    • Reference art requirements above. Many images made in ChatGPT are not suitable for printing due to low resolution/DPI, but we might be able to print it on a small item like a sticker. Editing pre-made graphics in ChatGPT takes a lot of work, so there will be an art charge to do so. Please inquire.
  9. I have an idea for a logo/design, but don't have artwork. Can you help me create it?
    • Please inquire for a custom quote on art charges.
  10. What is a "setup fee"?
    • Before your design can be printed on a product, the printing machine must be set up and loaded with the design, applicable ink colors, thread spools, molds, etc. The setup fee covers those costs.
