During screenprinting, ink is pushed through a pre-designed stencil onto the garment. Ink soaks into the fabric to create a soft and durable design.

Underbasing is essential for printing light colors on dark fabric or achieving bright end results.

Typically more expensive in lower quantites, but cost-effective at bulk quantities.

Screenprinting without an underbase allows part of the garment color below to show through, creating a vintage, faded or cracked look.

Dark colors printed on light garments may not need an underbase.

A direct-to-film (DTF) transfer starts as a full-color design printed onto a special film, then heat-pressed onto the shirt like a sticker fusing into the fabric.

The result is a smooth, slightly glossy print with sharp detail and vibrant color, even for complex designs or photos.

Slightly less durable than a screenprint, but cost effective at small quantities and for colorful, detailed designs.

Embroidery decoration involves stitching thread designs directly into fabric using needle and thread to create raised, textured logos, patterns, or text.

Highly durable, holds up well to washing and wear, and gives a premium, tactile look that reads as higher quality. Works great for simple logos, text, or designs on things like sweatshirts, hats, and jackets.

It's typically more expensive per unit than screen printing or heat transfer, struggles with fine detail or photo-realistic images and gradients, can be limited by thread color options, and adds weight/stiffness to lightweight fabrics.

Puff printing uses a special ink that puffs up and rises off the fabric when heat is applied, giving the design a raised, 3D texture instead of lying flat like a normal print.

It has the same bold color and durability as regular screen printing, but adds a soft, cushiony feel you can actually see and touch.

It's a fun way to make logos or text pop, literally, off the shirt.

Glitter printing uses a special ink packed with tiny reflective flecks, giving the design a sparkly, textured finish instead of a smooth, flat look.

It catches the light and adds shine and dimension, making it a fun choice for eye-catching designs or festive garments.

It has a slightly gritty texture to the touch, but it's still soft and flexible enough to move with the fabric.

Reflective ink looks like a soft, muted silver-gray print in normal light, but it lights up bright white when hit by direct light, like a car's headlights or a camera flash.

It's the same technology used in safety gear and running apparel, making it a great choice for visibility or a cool hidden effect.

The texture is smooth and slightly rubbery, similar to a standard screen print.

A pre-designed mold or die is pressed directly onto the garment, creating a recessed or "debossed" imprint.

Ideally for 90-100% polyester garments, but can be applied to other fabrics with special backing.

Charge to create the custom die has a high starting fee, and decorating each garment is typically costlier than other deco styles, but creates a high quality and unique design!

Glow-in-the-dark screenprinting is a specialty printing technique that uses ink containing phosphorescent pigments, which absorb light (usually ambient or UV light) and then slowly release it as a visible glow in dark or dimly lit conditions.

The ink itself typically appears off-white, pale yellow, or slightly translucent in daylight, so the glow effect isn't obvious until the lights go out.

It's popular for novelty apparel, event merchandise, and Halloween or nightlife-themed products, though the glow does fade over time and requires "recharging" under light to work again.

Want an entire garment fully customized with a specific design? This is a great option for you!

Garments start out white and are dyed with full color over the entire product.

Dye sublimation is done on fully polyester garments only. Works best with lighter colors, as some of the original white coloring of the garment may show through in areas with stitching.

Metallic foil transfer imprinting applies a design by heat-pressing a thin sheet of metallic-colored foil onto an adhesive layer on the garment. Eye-catching with a reflective finish.

Works best for small logos and/or as accents on certain designs.

Not ideal for very large designs as it may increase the risk for cracking or peeling.
